To change your registered email address

Currently Career Japan does not support changing user email addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

To change your personal details

Log in to your account and click on the [My Profile] button on the top right corner and proceed to change your personal details.

If you forgot your password

From the [Login & Register] page, click the [Forgot password? Click here] button and enter your registered email address. An email to reset your account password will be sent to your inbox. Please click the [Reset Password] link in the email and input your new password.

※ Please note that you will not be able to log in with your old password after your password is reset.

※ Due to personal information protection concerns, we are unable to respond to reset password requests by phone.

If you can't log in with your username and password

Passwords are case sensitive, so please be careful with upper and lowercase letters (make sure Caps Lock is off). To avoid mistakes in copying & pasting, manually type in your password and try logging in once more. If you still encounter problems, try resetting your password (see “If you forgot your password”) or Contact Us

If you want to deactivate your account

To permanently deactivate your account, click [Edit My Profile] from your [My Profile] page, and then click [Deactivate My Account]. After deactivating your account you will not be able to log in using your ID and password.
